What was the essence of what I wanted to communicate?
Each sentence is a lullaby, gently whispering to those little ones, "You can be anything you want – even a rockstar astronaut saving animals in space."
Can a non-parent really capture the essence of parenthood?
Call it method writing, call it parenting from the sidelines with a lot of research. Picture Mary Poppins, but with a laptop and a penchant for crafting words. Challenge accepted!
How do I conduct the research?
I casually interrogated real parents (no bright lights or good cop, bad cop routine, I promise). Extracting the golden nuggets of real-life wisdom from mommies and daddies who’ve seen it all.
